360 Recruitment is a recruitment agency in the food manufacturing and meat processing industries. Boost was approached by 360 Recruitment to help them drive applications for a variety of job roles available in the UK with a keen focus on recruiting candidates from abroad to come and work in the UK.

Having failed to run a successful campaign themselves, 360 Recruitment tasked Boost with filling a massive apprenticeship deficit, as well as obtaining a large number of full-time position job applications.
Vacancies needed to be filled quickly to meet 360 Recruitment’s client demand and maintain their position as a specialist recruitment agency in the Meat Processing Industry, Food Manufacturing and FMCG, Construction, Engineering and Contracting industries.
The strategy
Embracing the digital landscape, Boost recommended the use of both PPC and Social Media Advertising.
PPC opened up the opportunity to directly target those looking for job vacancies. A mix of broad and specific targeting was used, particularly for the apprenticeship element of the campaign, where students may not know exactly what they want to do after school.
At the same time, Boost utilised social media advertising on Facebook to reach a mass audience and promote the true benefits of the job role.
Both strategies targeted a local audience in the UK and an international audience across Europe, reaching an average of 25,000 people per day.
