You can also add different attributes to your business profile such as woman-led, wheelchair-accessible entrances/parking, payments accepted and much more dependent on the business category you choose. 

You should also add photos and videos to your profile to give potential customers a better idea of what your business is all about, including a company logo and pictures of the outside of your business.

Once you’ve completed your profile, it’s essential to keep it up-to-date with any changes in your hours or contact information. You should also regularly check for reviews and respond accordingly. As well as responding to reviews, you can encourage customers to leave reviews. 

This will help you build trust and credibility with potential customers. Additionally, use the post features available on Google My Business to share updates about your business whether it is a new promotion or a COVID-19 related update. This is a great way to keep your customers informed about what’s going on at your company. 

By taking these steps, you can ensure that your Google My Business profile is working well for your business and helping to increase traffic to your website.
